Why is Lewis Libby on Trial and Sandy Berger not in JAIL?
• Am I crazy or…did Sandy Berger, former Nat’l Security Advisor, steal documents from the Nat’l Archives?.... and quietly [i.e., via silent media] got his hands slapped? WHEREAS… Lewis Libby, former Chief of Staff to VP Cheney, is being roasted, like Hermann Goering, by the media and the Dems, for allegedly misrepresenting conversations he had with the media. What a crime!!!
• This injustice is a blight on America and shows how media bias actually plays out in real life!

Barry you have to understand there are sets of standards. One for us and the other for them. Fitzy boy knew form the begining he was on a witch hunt. There was no crime commited to start with. So he trumps up charges which are as bogus as they get. My real prayer is that those 12 jurors will throw it back at Fitzy boy with a not guilty verdit

Why do we keep allowing these prosecutors? You give em an office, some staff, and pretty soon, they think they gotta come up with something or they'll look stupid.
Of course, it never crosses their minds, that coming up with this kind of bull, is just as stupid. I think Mark is right, let their future employers decide whether their brainy. I can see a line of work for ol' Fitz at the ACLU, or Southern Poverty Center.

Folks, you are all hitting on what has become a major peeve
of mine. This Libby/ Berger hypocracy.

This non-crime scenerio could send Scooter up the river
for 30 years while Sandy could have his National security
clearance back in time for Her Thighness' coronation.

Heaven only knows how much damage has been done to
this country by all the government leaks to all the left wing
rags. Programs meant to defend us all have been expoused
to the point that the enemies of this country must be
snickering to themselves about our collective stupidity.

As I've heard, some jihadist websites are cracking jokes
about how the Democrats are their allies. There is much
truth to this. They are useful idiots to our enemies.

When I recall all the rantings of Chris "Screwball" Matthews
going on about the reckless disregard of the Bush
administration and how Plame's "outing" had seriously
damaged national security, I WANT TO Puke
