I have a few thoughts on this. First, the camouflage need be removed from these Neocoms and stop referring to them as liberals. They are socialist/communist hell bent on destroying capitalism and they should be completely exposed as such. Unfortunately, most people who vote for this group do not see them for what they are. So, the first step is education of the electorate so that they know exactly who and what they are pulling the lever for. (Drop Liberal as a descriptive term from your vocabulary) This can be done on a grass roots level just by talking to your neighbors, friends, and family. Mark has been effective in calling these Stalinist out and labeling them what they are. Encouragement for him to step it up and get to other conservatives with a bully pulpit will go a long way in exposing the Neocoms for what they are.
Another way calls for class action law suits involving the millions of us who feel the same way. Fair representation on official ballots during election seasons need to be enforced. A republican cannot legally enter the race as a democrat or vise versa without first officially changing their party. A socialist or communist who runs as a democrat is misleading the electorate and amounts to fraud against the voter. This issue needs to be addressed, and Landmark legal and other conservative law firms should be lobbied to look into statutes governing fair election practices. Do you want to help me get this going?

I'm interested in law school. I want to become a lawyer so I can help defend the constitution like Mark Levin. A good idea would be to take advantage of the Alito seat and challenge the power of the federal government in social and economic affairs with a 10th amendment argument. If we can win some cases we can set back the power of the left over our instituions. Especially the public schools where the socialists indoctrinate our children.
We can also try to end federal assistance to socialists universities. As a college student I know how the left plays the game. They give more financial aid so the colleges can raise tuition and make more money. Then they have more money to not only indoctrinate young people but also fund democrat campaigns. They use our money and kids to keep themselves in power.

It would be nice to have some follow up in this thread in regard to legal battles against issues which are paramount to all of us.
I found a caller from East Stoudesburg Pa. on Marks show the other night apropos in relation to this topic. The caller was a democrat who stated that he was tired of the Neocoms listing themselves as democrats and wanted to know what steps could be taken to have the practice stopped. We know that laws exist which govern fairness in labeling and representation of facts. A strong case can be made that the charter documents filed by the democrats have been violated by it's leadership and as such, the party should be required to show proof that they are not in fact a new Socialist/Communist Party.
