The Wall Street Journal’s suggestion that “Perhaps the plaintiffs should have sued the New York Times” misses the mark. What Judge Anna Diggs Taylor means by her ruling is: baseless fears brought to her court by uninjured parties against defendants she philosophically disagrees with will find standing in her court. If she was a baseball umpire her philosophy might be, “I call them as I see them and when I don’t see them, I make them up.”
The only party the National Security Agency’s surveillance program actually intends to injure is the enemy. That sounds like a mighty fine program to me.
If some ACLU lawyer is talking on the phone to someone who is planning to kill us and the line goes dead because the terrorist at the other end suddenly goes dead, the lawyer ought to send the NSA a thank you card.

I think that this judge should be removed from the bench for having hi-jacked that affirmative action case. And she should be put in jail in the same cell as the penis-pumping jurist who also is in the news.

Here is Judge”Phantom of the Opera’s” full name: Anna Katherine Johnston Diggs Taylor. The name Diggs is from her mayying a U.S. Representative Diggs, who she was assistant to in the late 60’s.
Maybe Jimmah Carter, “lusted in his heart” when he appointed her? Looks as if she has had more than one man in her life.

Wash Times - she said “The public interest is clear in this matter”
(this statement would be great if she meant the public is interested in being safe from Islamic-fascist-Nazis)
However the next words prove that its clear as mud to her - “It is the upholding of our Constitution”
(No, I’m the public, and if its a choice between death and mayhem to one of my precious little granddaughters and ‘our’ constitution, then my interest lies solely with the child)
(O)ur Constitution - Who are the ‘our’ she refers to?? It just happens to be the Constitution of the United States of America and anything less would suggest that some of us - read ‘right-wing, chicken-hawking, conservative bigots and hatemonngers’ - are not included under the umbrella of protection and civil liberties that ‘our’ constitution provides, and the document exists purely as an open ticket to be used at free will by the enemies of the United States of America to undermine and corrode just laws which protect the people, and finally to destroy the very foundational fabric of America.
