There's a difference?! If there was, I would think the smell would've been a sign to bug out.

It's Bush's fault because he didn't steal enough of our money to give Palestinian terrorists a crap alert alarm. Bush needs to take some of that money he steals from us to hand to illegal aliens and hand it to Palestinian terrorists.
