In Germany there are laws making Holocaust denial a crime, and I seem to remember that in Canada there was talk of making it a crime to simply voice opposition to same-sex marriage. How long before there's a move to criminalize 'global-warming denial'?
A state employee in Colorado (that loon Ward Churchill, for one) can-in his 'professional' capacity-utter whatever vile bilge he likes, but one in Delaware can be silenced for just expressing skepticism about global warming? Gawd...

I am trying to get him on Mark's show. However, he may not be allowed to comment on this controversy with the State of Delaware.

The problem with the ignorant global warming alarmists is that they claim to rely on a consensus in science for their agenda. But, as Rush has pointed out, there can be no consensus in science.
