Correct, a lot in the book is being "lived" out right now. Look at the Chrysler bailout. Bondholders (whom I vaguely remember from college) are supposed to get their money FIRST, are being pressured by the Obama administration to back off. This is clearly theft and unconstitutional. Imagine George Bush doing this to retirees (bondholders are not all individuals), the NY Slimes would have a field day. Yet, Obambi gets a pass. I hope that this goes all the way to the Supreme Court before Obambi packs it with Marxists.
