Immigration

Postby aspinkston » Wed Aug 18, 2010 1:38 pm

To whom do we need to file a Writ of Mandamus to get ICE to properly protect our borders?

It would appear that there are adequate laws to accomplish a "blockade" of our borders, if we could just get the agencies to go to work!

Thanks,

With the powers that be not caring a whit about laws and the Constitution, overcoming Federal inertia requires action on the part of affected states. We've all seen what happens then!

Immigration and the Great Wall of the United States of America. My response to the War on Drugs and the control of immigration and the job market for immigrants is simple … any proposed legislation must produce as a minimum the following …

1. Secure our borders against our current enemies … real or imagined. Use the reservist if necessary.
2. Secure our borders against the onslaught of drugs. Use the reservist if necessary.
3. Provide for a fair and balanced trade agreement.
4. A truck scanning system must be set up. The scanning system will permit the use of foreign trucks to deliver the goods to established land ports in our country, within a given distance from our borders … Between two to five miles ... The foreign trucks must have tags that identify the trucks and can be scanned at the border patrol entry points. These trucks must return from their delivery point after a given period of time. If they are not scanned within the given period of time then they are placed on a security alert system.
5. Make sure that only U.S. trucks are used to transfers foreign goods from the land ports, across our country, to their off loading destinations. No different than the way our U.S. trucks are currently used within our country to transfer goods coming in through our seaports.
6. Set up new Federal laws on immigration and Illegal Residents in the United States as necessary.
7. Apply the current laws without hesitation, including the laws that forbid employers from hiring undocumented individuals.
8. The Immigration laws must make sure that the Border States are secure and the people are protected from aggressive acts coming out of the neighbor countries. If military action is necessary from our side then so be it!!!!!!!!!
9. Make sure the latest technologies to protect our border state are implemented in their usage.
10. Assist Mexico in their war on drugs. Don’t accept the statement that it is the United State’s fault since we have the market for drugs. We must cut off the head of the drug sources … Mexico and South America must be stopped.

Thank you, your post provided me with a good laugh.
Read all of Charles Bowden. Down by the river, Murder city, Dreamland.
What he says is true...
Two months ago a man just came back from Jaurez and said they just killed 9 little boys for the body parts. The black market has been going on for 5-years killing people for this.
The govt. provides grants to law enforcement, border patrol etc. most of the equiptment is sold to Mexico by corrupt L.E.
Why is the CIA in bed with the Cartels when they have announced "They will take over America"!
F.B.I. agent got caught running guns to Mexico.
Remove all agencies including the "joke" Homeland Security and form just one that will have severe punishments for those who lie, cheat, and steal from the U.S.A.
El Paso Times does have most of the facts but not all...
Stop wasting our tax money. Regan and Iran Contra, Bush, and Obama with CIA etc.
Google: Columbus-Village NM (yahoo club) Pictures of billion dollar fence is there on photos.
(It was built in Mexico not U.S.) How much are they going to spend to take it down? >?~

The seizures were made by the West Texas Stash House Unit, which targets drug stash houses. But in these cases investigators found boxes of AK-47s, rows of Kevlar helmets such as the type worn by SWAT officers and stacks of body armor.

The weapons investigation was turned over to the U.S. Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.

"We try to stop the trafficker prior to him or her sending the guns into Mexico. Those are the guns that are fueling the violence down there," said Special Agent Tom Crowley, a spokesman for the ATF.

El Paso police officials said this week that the weapons and armor were discovered as part of drug investigations.

On Jan. 8, the West Texas Stash House Unit received information about a stash house at a home in the 5100 block of Saxon Drive near Andress High School, according to a police report.

Police stopped Raul Ramirez of that home for a traffic violation on Dyer Street, eventually leading to a search of the home.

Investigators found 209 pounds of marijuana along with 50 Kevlar helmets, 26 bulletproof vests and 52 trauma insert plates used in body armor. The body armor was allegedly destined for Mexico and was seized for further investigation.

Police arrested Raul Ramirez, 41, and Elva C. Ramirez, 20, and Sergio Arturo Ramirez and Raul Ramirez Jr., both 21,

I believe there will be many more weapons heading for Mexico and they will be coming from Iraq and Afghanistan. Our country has been taken down with drugs and domestic enemies. and it will continue to esculate.

Hi all! I'm new here to this forum...but not to 'The Great One'. I catch his broadcast most nights from station WQTK in Ogdensberg NY.

However...I am a Canadian...not an American.

I do agree that your border to the south is porous...God only knows who the hell is getting in day in and day out.It is your border, and your country...and you have every right in the world to chose who gets in.

However...that bigass border to the north of you...is surprisingly difficult to pass through since 9/11. Some of it I can definately understand, the rest is simply insanity. Businesses are being affected on both sides of this northern border, and I haven't witnessed any definable gain in US security with all the new requirements required by both US citizens and Canadians...its just a massive logjam that gets more onerous with each passing year.

A year ago Jan 1, 2010...it became a dual requirement for US and Can. citizens to demonstrate absolute proof of citizenship with a passport...nothing else qualifies.

In fact, the last time I visited NY...I was through in about 20 minutes (as the printed up my 'rap' sheet). As I have no criminal record here...my documents were returned and the Customs agent said 'welcome to the US of A'. There was a young lady whom I had sat down next to, she preceded me into the Customs office. She was a US born citizen...with a passport. She was still there when I left. Thats kinda crazy if you ask me.

We know who the threats are, and where they come from. We know their backgrounds...ethnically and religously ...yet Anglo Saxons are still targeted as possible threats. Crazy.

Well, thats enough from me for today...
