CD Version of Liberty and Tyranny

I have just read the book and loved it. I was wondering if this book is in CD version at this point. I have some older friends who just can't read that well. :D

Does mark do the voice over for the CD version and I wonder if he gets animated during any parts as I know how his blood boils when liberals come up :D

I think he only does the introduction.
