Mike Castle, you’re a coward!

Mr. Producer, I want you to contact the Castle Campaign and ask him to come on this program. Will you? Doesn’t have to be today, obviously. How about next week?

I want to see if Mike Castle will come on this program and answer questions. Not about his rent. Not about what he does in his home. Not about any of that. No, I want to discuss government run health care, cap and trade, his record, his pro-choice position. I want to discuss matters that are going to matter to you and me.

I want to know if he would have voted for Elena Kagan. I believe he said he would, but I’m not sure, I’d have to double check that. I want to know what he would vote for to go in the court system.

I want to know what this man will do that affects our lives.

I don’t want to guess.

So, we want to give Mr. Castle an opportunity to come on this program, as we’ve given Harry Reid that coward and he won’t.

Come on, Mr. Castle, stop hiding. And you are. You’re hiding from everybody. Stop hiding.

Come out of the woods. Show yourself. You’re running for the United States Senate. We know you have the Republican establishment in Delaware behind you. We know you have the Republican establishment in Washington, DC, behind you.

That’s another reason you ought to be defeated.

The very last caller of the show had excellent point. He saw in an interview with Carl Cameron of the Fox News Channel, the Delaware State GOP Chairman savagely trashing Christine O’Donnell.

Once again, Mark spoke with the great conservative candidate, Christine O’Donnell, who is running against the ultra-liberal Congressman, Mike Castle, in the Republican primary for the U.S. Senate seat in Delaware.

It’s Tea Time in Delaware! Christine O’Donnell now has the help of the Tea Party Express organization that pushed Joe Miller to his likely victory in Alaska.

The Success of the Beck Rally

I love watching Glenn Beck on TV.

Day winding down, he makes so many good points. As someone who has spent a lifetime studying history, been there in government and politics, I find it great to watch Beck’s particular insistence on educating Americans about real history that has gone missing. Having long ago learned first hand the progressive-race connection, for example, by having lived for a couple years in Woodrow Wilson’s hometown, I am stunned to see someone have the wit and the chops to detail this particularly disturbing history of America’s “progressive” president on popular television.

Bravo.

So I watched the rally on C-SPAN.

And you know what? (He says gently…)

I was elated — and concerned.

Does no one understand the role of talk radio — alongside Sarah Palin — in Joe Miller’s apparent lead over the establishment incumbent GOP Senator Lisa Murkowski? Yes, indeed, once again it was Levin at work. Levin plunged into Arizona, and took up the cause of McCain opponent J.D. Hayworth — losing. But the loss is beside the point. The real point is Levin’s understanding that these races for conservatism are won state by state, district by district, one vote at a time, doing the nitty-gritty of hard work all across America.
