   I think it’s gonna come to this. President George Bush has already told these folks THREE times now, that he is NOT signing anything with bunk in it! They are jacking around, wasting time. He knows it, so do you and I.

   What do you do with fools whose only goal is to make the President of the U.S. look bad? You get em the heck outta Congress before their stupidity runs out of control.

   I liked the point you made, Boyd- at the end of the call TGO tangentially acceded to the remote possibility of your suggestion being a viable option! It’s a dangerous option- it reminds me of President Bush signing McCain-Feingold , and in doing so he was gambling that the Supreme Court would strike it down as unconstitutional! But THIS Supreme Court UPHELD this unconstitutional travesty, and we are still stuck with it today! This Supreme Court would not surprise me a bit if they upheld the restrictions that now exist in the emergency spending bill ! In the case of Congress Vs. President Bush (and the Constitution, et. alli), THIS Supreme Court could easily find for Congress. (They would find a penumbra or an emanation that would justify their rationale, no doubt!
