At the rate we are going American combat troops will need combat insurance comparable to medical malpractice insurance because they may be left will less legal resources than the detainees. This Administration is to the left of the Supreme Court which can now enjoy a respite knowing that the Executive branch is doing the work that they only dreamed about. I previously stated that this election was a monumental catastrophe; most Conservatives saw the full extent of what was coming so what we now see is consistent with what we expected. When you biopsy a potential neoplasm and the pathologist report characterizes it as an aggressive carcinoma, with a high potential for metastasis, you know the first thing that you must do is aggressive surgery with wide margins that extend into healthy tissue. We did not do that so we are now dealing with metastatic syndromes and all the symptoms that challenge medical professionals throughout the remaining course of the disease. This patient will live but will be very, very sick for a very long time.
