After witnessing a bombardment of personal smear attacks directed at Christine O’Donnell, today, Mark Levin announced he wants to interview Mike Castle to discuss his record.
Mike Castle, you’re a coward!
Mr. Producer, I want you to contact the Castle Campaign and ask him to come on this program. Will you? Doesn’t have to be today, obviously. How about next week?
I want to see if Mike Castle will come on this program and answer questions. Not about his rent. Not about what he does in his home. Not about any of that. No, I want to discuss government run health care, cap and trade, his record, his pro-choice position. I want to discuss matters that are going to matter to you and me.
I want to know if he would have voted for Elena Kagan. I believe he said he would, but I’m not sure, I’d have to double check that. I want to know what he would vote for to go in the court system.
I want to know what this man will do that affects our lives.
I don’t want to guess.
So, we want to give Mr. Castle an opportunity to come on this program, as we’ve given Harry Reid that coward and he won’t.
Come on, Mr. Castle, stop hiding. And you are. You’re hiding from everybody. Stop hiding.
Come out of the woods. Show yourself. You’re running for the United States Senate. We know you have the Republican establishment in Delaware behind you. We know you have the Republican establishment in Washington, DC, behind you.
That’s another reason you ought to be defeated.

The very last caller of the show had excellent point. He saw in an interview with Carl Cameron of the Fox News Channel, the Delaware State GOP Chairman savagely trashing Christine O’Donnell.

This is a terrible picture that Tom Ross paints of Delaware. He is saying, basically, that the money and support of northern Delaware c/o Joe Biden, will see to it that Castle wins at all costs. His apathetic tone makes me sick.
Y’know….the campaign against Christine only started ramping up on the truly negative side when McLame won his primary. How much do you want to bet that he is the guy twisting RINO arms? I just read that Gov. Christie in NJ is supporting Castle. McLame’s involvment would also go a long way into explaining Palin’s silence. Damn it, Sarah, if ever there is a time to stand up to the system – IT IS NOW!!!!

The caller was confused, but this was what he was talking about.
The negative material surfacing regarding O’Donnell does not affect Americans in the slightest but calling Castle a fiscal conservative and a budget hawk is like a wife or husband (or a politician) saying that they bought something on sale for a great price that the family neither needs nor wants and which places them into such debt that they can never afford to pay it down.
Castle has made a living on the backs of Delaware tax payers and he now he wishes to expand his power to do so on the backs of all of Americans while voting for a liberal agenda full of fiscal irresponsibility. If non-Constitutional socialized medicine, Cap and Tax, the continued expansion of a leviathan government, more and larger entitlements makes one a fiscal conservative then we need not worry about a democrat victory in Delaware because the difference is in name and not performance if Castle is the republican candidate. Castle approves of the Obama spending agenda and Cap and Tax is essentially a tariff on American goods. It is exactly why Boxer told Fiorina that she sent 30,000 jobs overseas. It was not Fiorina that sent those jobs overseas; it was Boxer and liberal regulatory and tax policy that forced those jobs to be sent overseas because she helped create a hostile entrepreneurial and profit making domestic environment and that is exactly what Castle also supports and will certainly help create.
If the GOP establishment wishes to do the work of democrats by bringing down O’Donnell they may also want to carefully vet out out Castle who has a track record that democrats will surely expose. The GOP is riding on the wave caused by the tea party, which is a grassroots movement aspiring to obtain Constitutional change; it is not the other way around. The republic victory planed for this November is not about republicans. It is anti-establishment and since the establishment is mostly democrats people are identifying change with republicans which will surely disappoint if the likes of Mike Castle are assumed to represent change.
Castle, as a well paid member of Congress, may not have any financial bugaboos in his closet that O’Donnell is accused of having but the policies he endorses will certainly create those very bugaboos that O’Donnell is attempting to save the rest of us from.
