Mark Levin confirmed he will join Congressman Michele Bachmann and actor Jon Voight in a ‘House Call’ at noon this Thursday in Washington, D.C. Updated: Mark spoke with Michele Bachmann on his show this evening:
Rep. Bachmann writes:
November 5th, 2009
Democrat leadership in the House wants to pass a government run health care bill before Veteran’s Day, and it’s up to us to make sure this prescription for socialized medicine doesn’t pass.
If you can come to Washington to look your Member straight in the eye and tell them to keep their hands off your heatlh care, do it. If you can’t make it to Washington, go to your Member’s district office. And, if you can’t do that at least call and email.
Also, Americans for Prosperity is organizing a House Call to legislators district offices on Thursday at noon, and I encourage you to check out their website at www.americansforprosperity.org to see how you can take part in their efforts if you can’t make it to D.C.
Thanks so much and let’s keep up the fight!

Mark,
That’s great news you will be there Thursday. Please post that fact on your website for those who don’t use facebook.
Mark confirmed the information by email to me. I’m sure he’ll mention it on the show tonight and post it on his web site.
Socialized medicine is institutionalized malpractice, has no constitutional authority and deprives everyone from making choices that will improve and save their own lives at their own expense and effort if they so choose to (as in a free country). The coconuts, morons, idiots and goofballs in Congress have not a clue as to what type of bureaucracy they need to construct to help save you after they deny you your own liberty. They don’t know how to do socialism. You can’t throw money and bureaucrats at this. It is massively complex. Even the Europeans that practiced some form of socialism for decades, if not centuries, gradually advanced into what they currently have that is not working.
Get out of the way and let people figure out how to help themselves and others without the limitations imposed by government and the restrictions that they place on real competition. The fact that the government is the worst payer, that denies the most, pays late and cannot effectively control fraud is what helped to contribute to the inflation in medicine and surgery. Real competition drives prices down and improves quality. If you think you will get that new hip, knee, shoulder or aortic valve in a timely fashion under the direction and authority of the US government then you should first seek a brain transplant to understand what they really have in store for you.
I may be coming from outside of NE Philly with wife, 3 and 5 years olds to lobby. My congressman during a phone town hall if you could call it that, expressed the statement (in amazement) that he could not understand why anyone would be against a public option. What a rep of The People. Hope to be there and then take in a museum. I can’t think of a better day to take my 5 y.o. out of school … to learn how to face your public representative!
