Friday, Mark spoke out in defense of Rush Limbaugh. Rush has been under constant attack by the Liberal media and moderate Republicans, alike.
It’s time to fight back! If they attack us, we attack right back!

Start with Rush’s position regarding the Sotomayor nomination and the republican and conservative response including talking show icons such as Will and Krauthammer who assume a philosophy of quiet resignation instead of the needed outrage.
I thought that ordinary people doing ordinary things, that work in ordinary jobs, in ordinary towns and cities, in ordinary states and become mayors and governors, like Sarah Palin, are the most inept people of all and hardly worth considering for extraordinary jobs. Sarah Palin claimed that she was like the rest of us but never better than the rest of us. For Palin her experiences minimize her eligibility while in Sotomayor’s case they maximize it. The liberal mind is in serious need of rehab therapy and so is our leadership is if they let them get away with such thinking. Are we to so favorably editorialize background, at the expense of everything that is really germane, so as to nationalize Jonestown zombie psychology and institutionalize bigotry and racism in the highest institution most designed to extinguish it? Should such a nominee become a superior justice her many previously overturned decisions may eventually become the imbedded law of the land. She may be a legend in her own mind as a Latino female but in my mind she is an in-your-face hater of the majority of Americans and a statist extraordinaire. Nobody speaks like this unless they know that you cannot do a thing about it even when you know exactly what she means. It is not an insult to your intelligence but a statement about the apathy and resignation she knows that the republican resistance will succumb to as they buy into the media talking points about how resistance will make them susceptible in the next election. She is not eligible for a supreme nomination; instead she should be immediately removed from the federal bench. She is exactly the type of nominee Obama would select to stick it to the rest of us while he sadistically and sensually savors the deconstruction of the American system of jurisprudence. And Rush provides us all with an immeasurable contribution as one of the loudest voices to say what everyone else knows and sees but are afraid to do anything about.
Passive resistance is no longer an option. This nation simply cannot afford four years of an unopposed “Obama Nation” much less four more after that. The House and Senate must be taken back and those who aid and abet this headlong rush into socialism must be voted out of office ASAP. God bless Rush, Sean and Mark and all those like-minded with public forums for having the guts to tell it like it is. Fascism thrives on complacency, but freedom requires action.
I am in complete agreement with Mark Levin. He, Rush, Sean and the others decided long ago that the nation needs to be informed. These men stand up and speak their minds. It is difficult to find many people who do that because it is a lonely road.
I admire Rush Limbaugh greatly because he is a caring, happy man in the face of such hatred and contempt. How he is able to continue sometimes is anyone’s guess. I just know that I will always defend him as well as Mark for having the guts and the strength of character to stand alone against relentless attacks.
I don’t care what direction the market is heading. Every fundamental economic indicator is not making sense. We have increasing unemployment and renegotiated lower compensation, low inventory orders, GDP contraction, falling home prices, increased housing foreclosures, increased commercial foreclosures looming in the face of business failures and inability to pay commercial rents, new bank failures are popping up all over and are under reported, tax revenue is way down and government expenditures are way up, we are buying our own bonds with money that we print, nobody wants to lend because no risk is worth taking, credit card debt remains unpaid, the dollar is loosing international value, inflation is just around the corner, the cost of energy is on its way up, tax cuts are about to expire, new indirect confiscatory taxes are in the works, commercial and municipal bonds are too risky to buy because of illegitimate and illegal government policy that endangers business risk taking, Cap and trade is around the corner and we are subsidizing prospecting for new sources of energy that is analogous to fool’s gold. And the list goes on.
The international community does not like us, not because of Iraq, but because we seduced them into buying American equity that was worthless and then we go in the complete opposite direction to repair the damage.
Obama is not a sleuth Marxist anymore; he is out of the closet and a media that would be coveted by the likes of Hugo Chavez lavishes over his policies like the emperor’s new clothes.
I never forgot the conversation I had several years ago with a Haitian cab driver listening to WABC with a French newspaper at his side. He stated that even America could lose her freedom in one generation. I thought about that for a long time. I no longer have to wonder about that anymore because we currently are in an active transition stage heading in the wrong direction in a vehicle with two accelerators, no brakes, and no reverse and at a speed I thought unattainable just a few short months ago. The anesthetic hasn’t been invented to mitigate this pain when we wake up in the middle of this surgery that has a long way to go before the makeover is complete. We may already understand a lot of this but the only ones that spell it out, for the rest of America, are on talk radio and the best are the three musketeers, Limbaugh, Hannity and Levin.
Mark is on the money with this statement. It made me think of the interview VP Cheney did with Bob Schieffer on May 10th. I was so grateful that he could look straight into the eyes of Schieffer and tell him that he chose the politics of Rush over Colin Powell. That took a mountain of courage if you ask me, especially in the political climate of this day and time. We need more people who are willing to step up like this! Let the left laugh, ridicule, and call us every name in the book. We need to stand our ground against these bully thugs. And that’s all they are. The only way to deal with such people is to confront them head on. I don’t know how we can look at ourselves in the mirror at night unless we do!
Ditto, Mark Dean.
While Rush doesn’t seem to mind being a lightening rod for the left, it is important to let him know that we stand with him. Thank you TGO for voicing what is in our hearts.
Rush, Mark, Sean, and others – we are with you.
