Close to Dictatorship

Thursday, Mark Levin finally said what many have been thinking.

I think this is as close to a dictatorship as we’ve ever had in this country.

Notice, Mark didn’t compare Obama to any notorious dictators of the past. Let’s hope and pray that there is never a justification to do so. But, the potential is right there staring us in the face. Some choose not to see it. They need to open their eyes real fast!

Indeed.. Obama is attempting to consolidate his power using taxpayer funds to buy votes and government power to eliminate the businesses of conservative contributors (see the Chrysler dealership mess).

However, sooner or later and probably sooner – this administration will run out of money. Obama even admits he is out of money and can’t borrow more from China. He therefore will have to come up with a slew of new taxes ( for a top ten list of the more interesting tax ideas floating around, you can go to: http://firstconservative.com/blog/political-humor/political-humor-creative-taxation )

Obama’s borrowing will drive inflation to double digits by early 2010. Unemployment may be at the same level. Olbermann and the rest of the MSNBC lap dogs won’t be able to provide the Chosen One with enough cover.

Stay tuned! This will be an interesting 12 months.

Three months before the election I really didn’t think Obama could be elected. I didn’t think Hillary could win her NY Senate seat either. I no longer believe the unbelievable can’t happen. Freedom is a precious but perishable thing and easily usurped by those with the desire and opportunity to do so. Our Media created the conditions for this “Obama Nation” fiasco and it will take a Herculean effort to overcome their influence over those who do not understand what’s really at stake here. I hope Obama will undo himself and there are great indications he’s capable of implosion, but we cannot believe that will happen. Mark, Rush, Sean and the like are sounding the alarm – let’s pray it’s heeded.

This authoritarianism does not stop with America.

I feel very sorry for millions of Israeli Jews, and angry against the millions of American secular Jews, that helped vote in the disillusioned one who seriously imperils Israel’s safety, security and very existence. The Arabs blew it with Gaza and the Israeli’s will never, nor should they ever, make the same mistake with the West Bank despite what an American President, who never wishes to impose values, is attempting to coerce them to do. Who, living under such perilous circumstances, would be so foolish as to allow the same failed policy to occur a second time?

The idea of land for peace, by placing the “land cart” in front of the “peace horse” is a proven and established failure. Even if it worked it would be the wrong thing to do. The dialogue and language does not suggest that a people that always fought among themselves, are willing to coexist peacefully with a population that they have actually been educated to despise; that is just the type of mind numbing suggestion that I would expect from a Chicago based community agitator that got his diplomatic talking points and mid-east philosophical historical perspective from Rashid Khalidi. Son’s and daughters of Israel, whose parents, grandparents, relatives and great relatives, struggled to establish an oasis of safety and security on a small plot of real estate in a land of their genesis… where were your minds when you voted to sacrifice the sacrifices of so many who helped afford you the freedom you yourself now enjoy in America and elsewhere in the world? You are not dealing with those that wish to live and let live. You are dealing with those waiting to gain the strength and opportunity to enslave and destroy you. To prevent that from ever happening Israel must remain stronger than the Islamic World, until that World takes the giant step from the eighth century to the present and I don’t even see a glimmer of that possibility ever passing in this lifetime. If the World hates Israel for her strength, courage and self-determination so be it. If the World loves her for anything less it will soon forget her after she is gone because it will not wish to examine history and observe the guilt and shame it must surely face for the end results that it helped create by encouraging a self-deprecating and sacrificial behavior. Survival is the highest form of morality; there is no substitute for life and prosperity and it does not belong to the World to give away so that they feel better about themselves or more secure in their own international relationships.

For all the supposed international pre-election favorability I now see an international community (besides Chavez and Castro) far less enthusiastic about Obama in regards to their own business than they once were about ours. Israel got it right from the start… pre-election. The question remains as to when we will finally figure it out as well?
