Mrs. Senator Jeff ‘Fairness Doctrine’ Bingaman rec’d $2.5 million to lobby Congress

Mark Levin took Senator Jeff Bingaman (D-NM) to task for the latter wanting to reinstate the ‘Fairness Doctrine’ (audio of Senator Bingaman on KKOB here) and challenged him to come on the show to debate the issue:

Perhaps the primary reason why Senator Bingaman wants to reinstate the ‘Fairness Doctrine’ is to silence reports like the one Mark read tonight, the one about Bingaman’s wife getting paid $2.5 million to lobby Congress for Global Crossings while he was a sitting Senator:

Sounds like a pretty crooked deal to me and another good reason (in their minds) for libs to shut down talk-radio.
