We have to support her. This is self-defense. She is a conservative who we must defend to replace the RINO wimps who are nothing more than apologists for conservatives as they reach across the isle to embrace socialism “lightâ€Â. I have never seen a social program stay put and remain constrained. Bachmann understands that concept, as does Palin, which is the essence of a conservative candidates very necessary qualifications.
No matter what happens this in this upcoming election, we need a conservative like Mrs. Bachman to vote for. No more McCains. No more George Bush’s.No more millionaire’s.

Mike Pence, John Kasich,Sarah Palin, Michelle Bachman,
and even Mike Huckabee(at least he can give a speech)

The Al Smith Memorial Diner always reminds me of who Al Smith was and what he stood for. Here are his own words in 1936 when he recognized that his party was in a transition state that embraced socialism. That party has never gone back to out heritage nor did Al Smith ever go back to the party despite the fact that he said he would remain a democrat. I read this from time to time to remind me of what this party is really about. Al Smith sounds more like a conservative than most republicans of today’s party. This is the radio address that he gave:

Thanks Task for providing the background of what Al Smith stood for. Maybe, since the dinner is in tribute to Al Smith, the first order of business should be the reading of this radio address every year just to remind the many liberals in the audience and on stage just how far Democrats as well as RINO’s have strayed from Al Smith’s America!
