If the definition of qualified experience is "Executive experience running a city, running a board, running a state, making thousands of decisions:

Amount of Qualified Experience:

#1 - Sarah Palin
#2 - John Mc Cain
#3 - Joseph Biden
.
.
.
NA - Barack Obama

And while many of the wrong wingers are decrying her lack of experience, she has maybe a kittle more time in, and she actually came to work, not like BaCrack who probably would need a guide to find his office again.

I love this pick. Absolutely LOVE IT!

Palin's name had been mentioned by insiders as a "short list" possibility several months back. Then her name just disappeared. Give credit to McCain for not only naming her, but for so stealthly keeping it under wraps.

I suspected he was going to name Pawlenty......but I was absolutely scared to DEATH that he might go with Leiberman. I respect the hell out of Leiberman for his righteous stance on the war & for standing up to his crazy party. But God, choosing him would've been a disaster on so many obvious levels.

As for Palin.....HOME RUN!

Oh, please.....LET the Obama campaign attempt to attack her on "experience". PLEASE!! Let's HAVE that argument.

Let their hired attack dog Joe Biden go after her on foreign policy during the VP debate while her son is fighting in Iraq (an while unlike Jim Webb, she's supporting SUCCESS, not FAILURE).

You know, Joe Biden.....the Democrat on the ticket with "foreign policy experience"......the latest in the line of old Democrats who originally opposed his own running mate's mantra of "judgement on war" by being FOR the war before he was AGAINST it.

Let them compare actual executive experience in the #2 spot to NO experience and voting history of "present" in the #1 spot.

Victory in Iraq vs. failure in Iraq.

Originalist judges vs. activist judges.

Pro-life vs. pro-infanticise.

Free-market vs. bigger government.

Drilling vs. no drilling.

This is a game-changer, my friends. And I won't even waste my time with that pathetic Vote-For-Me-Because-Everything-Sucks leftist speech last night.

Oh, and by the way......I was in the gym today, and a friend of mine told me that the fraud "Weiner Nation" was on the radio screaming & hollering that McCain "blew it" (by picking Palin), that he was "obviously senile", that it was a "failed pick", etc, etc.

Gee, I guess he's right. 'Cuz after all, he helped give me Attorney General JERRY BROWN.

What a phony puke. I hope Mark hears about that. He'll have a field day!

Since the standard Idiot Democrat talking point (that I've heard over and over ad nauseum) is: "McCain Voted with BUSH 95% of the time", He will have to explain it sometime either now or during a debate. It would be hard to distance himself from the 95% the Dems are referring to so he might as well plan a defense based on the premise that the Bills were for the good of the country and were not Right Wing Extremism. The Dems need to be called out for this over-the-top nonsense sound byte. It is time to play hardball with these snot-nosed Liberal weenies, and I don't mean the Chris Matthews variety.

What a relief. When I first heard that he nominated a woman, my first thought was, "oh god, not hillary."

About time McLame threw one our way.

Slickwillyman. All McLame has to do is show how many times he voted against Bush. i.e. The Bush Tax Cuts. He wouldn't be lying either.

Hats off to John McCain for choosing a VP that is a winner on many fronts. She will bring back the Conservatives like me to support McCain. I hope this signifies a move to the right for John McCain.
While John McCain was running nice congratulatory ads last night, Obama was viciously attacking McCain and 25 years of GOP leadership for being radical right wing extremists. They equated McCain to 4 more years of Bush. This is their tired battle cry. So, since McCain is already perceived as a right-wing extremist and a loyal Bush supporter, he can do one of two things:

1. Try and distance himself from Bush by splitting hairs on their differences. Attack Bush and join in with the Democrats by taking liberal positions counter to Bush. (try to "out-democrat" the democrats.. massive aid to New Orleans, free health care, attack oil companies, attack drug companies, bring up Immigration Reform again...)

2. Face the Libs head-on, do not throw President Bush under the "Straight-Talk Express", and begin a solid campaign of teaching general Conservative principles pointing out that Marriage between a Man and Woman is a mainstream American value (not extremism), free-markets not big government will create jobs (proven over and over throughout history), we must be pro-military and build up our defense (not reduce it as Obama wants) to deal with future tyrants such as Putin, and, it is NOT the place of government to provide to everyone what they can't provide for themselves as Obama stated in his acceptance speech. It is not the American taxpayer's responsibility to stamp out poverty across the world as Obama's Bill attempts to do. Core Conservative Values delivered to EDUCATE the un-educated voters that make up the majority in this country. The perfect person to deliver the message of Conservative Values? Sarah Palin!
