To contrast the recent wistful souding statements Condeoleezza Rice and Robert Gates concerning Russia’s invasion of Georgia, Mark Levin played audio of the famous 1984 President Ronald Reagan reelection ad ‘The Bear’ , excerpts from one of his speeches, and then commented:
Apparently, some in the adminstration remember Reagan’s advice: U.S., Poland Reach Agreement on Missile Defense
Personally, Vladimir Putin reminds me a lot of an infamous terrorist.

There is absolutely no difference between them except that Putin can, and probably will, murder more. It is easy for Levin to see this because he understands core principles and the lack of them. All conservatives understand aggression and how diplomacy only works when you have a big gun to back up what you say. Peace can only be obtained through strength and when you are really strong, no enemy will engage you, except the one who is foolish enough to loose.
Anyone who fails to protect themselves and their families without strong life and medical insurance policies flirts with danger. A strong military is the best peace policy any nation can have and in the long run cheap will turn out to be very expensive.
Thanks for finding that old Reagan ad. I was a teenager in the 80s, and I became interested in politics and honed my conservatism because of Reagan. He was one in a billion.
