Hmmmm…lawyers are known for their briefs…but then again, these are lib lawyers…
So, I’d say both…Boxers briefs.
We know for certain it’s not commando!
I don’t think he got those at Sears…..
Looks to me, but for the shirt and tie, that he could be mistaken for the missing link and I doubt that briefs or shorts would make much of a difference.
