Bush as “Five Supreme Court Justices working overtime to confer rights on barbarian terrorists who do not have any rights under our Constitution, and certainly not the rights that they create for these barbarians.†Yet that was only the warm up to Mark really weighing in:

While our nation must now live with the majority decision (and pray that we do), it will detrimentally affect both our troops on the battlefield and homeland defense. The other is by 9/11 family member Debra Burlingame who illustrates the impact of the Supreme Court’s decision by showing how difficult it would have been to prosecute the 9/11 hijackers, had they been captured beforehand in Afghanistan with this decision’s due process requirements in place:

I am so outraged at this decision it’s not funny.Too bad I can’t show it on here just how mad I am at this rogue decision today. These 5 rogue Justices have put targets on our backs for Al Qaeda to blow us all up! This only further proves my case that millions of us are going to die and we’re going to loose some cities because of these 5 jerks in black robes,and the leftist cheering this decision! I hope you 5 Supreme Court Justices are happy with yourselves and can live with yourselves when thousands,if not millions of us get butchered by these barbarians in the next terrorist attack,and that may happen in a few years if something isn’t done about this rogue decision by the Supreme Court yesterday,before that happens.
