Thanks Tim,

I also meant 221 years not 232. [fixed it for you]

Imagine that FDR interned over one hundred thousand Japanese American citizens with an Executive Order and the Supreme Court upheld the constitutionality of that Order!

This is ultra vires.

We no longer need just blame the American Press and the democrat Congress for emboldening the enemy nor need we just blame the press for the release of classified information that puts our clandestine spies and undercover counter terrorists at risk. We can blame this Court as well! Americans and the friends of Americans are certain to die because of this and many in ways that you would not care to imagine. Remember the outrage over Valerie Plame? This decision exists because a Court puts politics before jurisprudence and the clear and unambiguous Constitutional relevance as to the application of habeas corpus. If the Constitution wished to say what these justices say it does it would have done so unambiguously for the last 221 years. It didn’t because nothing changed since then except this group of Justices. They are smarter than all the preceding ones. They actually have taken the rule of law, mocked it and embarrassed all of us while taking the enemy out of harms way and replaced them with Americans. And these are the very same justices that rely on Starie Decisis when in fact their own previous position is turned on its’ head.

We are supposed to look forward to McCain’s justice nominations under the auspices of Chucky Schumer and Russ Feingold? I say, should he get in, leave any open positions vacant until the next election.
