This they are comfortable with and there is no sunset built into that use of power; it is there for them to use whenever they wish. I went through two of these in my life, the first brought me a refund of three dollars and the second gave me a tax liability of zero. The line between government control and private life is getting harder and harder to decipher. When national security and human lives are at stake that is one thing but to do what the Justice department and baseball itself should be doing is as outrageous as it gets. The only thing this proves is how utterly stupid and incompetent the whole bunch really is and as such is testament of exactly why we don't want them to get involved in running just about anything.
