As usual, President Reagan has it right, always had and always will. Socialized medicine is a joke. It does not work in Britain nor in Canada. Their systems are proof that health care for all is health care for none.

The Great One dismissed socialized medicine with one phrase when he described it as an arrangement whereby “everyone HAS health care but nobody GETS it!” Bullseye!!
For all the politicians that claim Ronald Reagan as their idol, it would be nice to see more of them research and substantively address key issues using a consistent conservative philosophy like Reagan did here concerning healthcare.
Far too many Republican lawmakers are guided more by opinion polls than they are by consistent conservative core beliefs.
Nothing scarier than begging your government for your life! Think of FEMA trailers stuck in the mud in Arkansas, and you’ll get the drift.
