A probing action and the six imams

by @ 9:40 pm on May 30, 2007. Filed under John in Dublin, Mark Levin Audio

Mark was on fire about the Washington Times article, (details can be seen here on the 911 Families for America web site) detailing a probing action on Northwest Airlines Flight 327 in 2004. This was the flight that Annie Jacobsen has been all over the radio talk shows and Fox News talking about. Yeah, these guys should be in Gitmo…

The second part, Mark talks about US Airways seeking dismissal of the 6-imams lawsuit. THIS one should NEVER have been allowed in court. The article in the Washington Times is here.

I ask, why aren’t all these guys wearing orange jumpsuits?!?

Because that is so un pc! Apparently our gov’t would rather have a slew of dead Americans that be un pc!!!! I prefer the idea of “broken knee caps”. I’d rather be wrong than dead.

  2. Good stuff …Annie Jacobsen has been screaming from the mountain top for a few years now about this, glad to see she is finally vindicated. And on the negative side, when are we going to wake up?.This should have been a no-brainer from the get go.But alas the spinsters and liberal filth are constantly carry water for radical Islam.

The Libs would rather see us dead than politically incorrect!

This lawsuit is almost laughable. I previously stated that this has all the makings of a SLAPP lawsuit. How do I know? Because I am now emerging out of one. A true SLAPP lawsuit is a bogus liable and slander lawsuit designed to inhibit a defendant from availing him or herself of their First Amendment right to redress grievances by inundating them with large legal fees. It has been expanded to include what these Imans are doing. Many States have laws that so severly prohibit SLAPP lawsuits that the defendants are awarded treble damages and much more. Usually a SLAPP defense is brought up in the Summary Judgment so that the overall lawsuit expense is minimized. I believe that properly handled these Imans have to be nuts to have brought this into court. They stand a lot to lose. The key is “properly handled”. In my case even though I had great representation I had to teach my attorneys about theses lawsuits. It became apparent to me because I read the Statutes.

The attorney that called seems to understand this type of litigation and I suspect that, if he handles this correctly, he will send a strong message, if not a precedent, so that this will never happen again. That said no one should ever worry that what they say for the sake of security will end up in Court.

I agree with the Great One,how are we going to survive in this country. What a country, break into here illegally, and get rewarded with citizenship.Terrorize passengers on a plane and win millions in a lawsuit against those that spoke up about your suspicious behavior! How we haven’t gotten attacked since 9/11 is beyond me! Like The Great One said, “If you see some Middle Easterners acting strangely on your plane, just sit there, let them fly you into a skyscraper, and send you to hell like a good little infidel, while you and your family are treated worse by security than the hijackers” (actually,I added about half or most of that).
Great country we live in,or what? Yeah, until the liberals/socialists/Marxists in this country get finished with us.

Again….I promise you that these guys would not have passed beyond the line of the ticket counter of El Al. They don’t give a hoot about profiling. I saw them in action numerous times in front of my ticket counter @ LAX. Why can’t we get some advise from our Israeli friends and ask them how they do what they do??? It frickin’ works!! ENOUGH of this PC dung!!

  7. DubInDallas says:

Amen, JFKDEMFAN! I just woke up,and your posts were just the sort of thing that I’m going to work into my phone calls to my so-called TEXAN Senators and Congressperson (Eddie Bernice Johnson, the African-American “Gentlewoman From Texas”). They are all stabbing me in the back, and I am damn sick and tired of it! I can’t wait for their offices to open! I’m going to drink about ten cups of coffee and I am going to raise about three shades of holy Hell!!
Rush Limbaugh frequently remarks about what an ordeal it must be for a Liberal simply to get up in the morning and to have to endure once again being assailed by the seething rage and hatred that they have harbored for President Bush!! Today, I am awake naturally before 6 AM, and I am already raging mad!! (So THIS is how Liberals have felt for the past six years! No wonder they are so insane!).

  8. Steph says:

I’m sick of the PC stuff, too. Let’s all go do what the Imams did and see how far we get in court.

Dub, good luck with your Senators and Congresspeople. I’ve never been really angry directly at Bush… disappointed many times but not truly angry… until now. He is as complicit as any Senator or Congressperson in this matter.

  9. HonestConservative says:

Are we or are we not at War?

Mr. President you say you are the “decider”.

Well decide for a change! War yes or no.

    There I said it!

I just saw an article about President George W. Bush that said that he reads two or three books a week, and that he does not watch TV or read newspapers. I wish that he would stop reading books and start listening to Mark Levin, Rush Limbaugh and Sean Hannity, instead!! If the President would devote as much time to THAT as he does to reading, THEN he might conduct the remainder of his Presidency in a way that would inspire plenty of books about his OWN presidency that he would love to read when he comes home to Dallas!
