Monday, Mark spoke about the terrible shooting spree and murders that took place at Virginia Tech University today.
Of course the Libs will be screaming for more gun control! That’s what Libs do! They don’t need to know any facts in the case. Facts are irrelevant to Libs! There will be plenty of time to analyze the facts once they are known. But at this time, they are not.

Sure remove the guns, that will solve everything – except then it leaves explosives, poisons, arson – these maniacs can be real creative. I wish the liberal democrats would focus on real problems and try to solve them. Instead, they leave the American people as sitting ducks – targets for any national as well as international fanatics.

Rosie O’Donnell has weighed in (ALWAYS a dreadful thing!) with her pipsqueak opinion. She snidely remarked that President Bush responded faster to this evil at Virginia Tech faster than he responded to Katrina! As if President Bush were eager to politicize this evil act of senseless carnage! If Bush did NOT appear at the ceremonies today, she would have said that W did not care! Anything to bash President Bush! Anything! Rosie O’Donnell IS the biggest schmuck in America! In my view, she is an even bigger schmuck than than Cho- at least THAT schmuck did us all the favor of killing himself! If only Rosie would do likewise!

When total evil is revealed, it is impossible to make sense of a senseless act. The media will spin this horrific event to whatever fits the topic of the day, but I will dismiss them. I prefer to pray for the poor souls whose innocent lives were snuffed out and for the families left behind to find the strength to continue on. So often is the case, heroism rises in the face of tragedy. The 75 year old professor who sacrificed his life so that his young students could escape the carnage and get a second chance at life supplies me some solace. (History repeating itself as the teacher at Columbine H.S. did the same) Across America calls to loved ones took place in the aftermath of the Virginia Tech massacre, and I was no exception. A solemn reminder of the fragility of life.
That teacher survived the Holocaust, and then is killed by a maniac on an idyllic college campus! What an irony!
