Men in Black, Local Edition
By Mark R. Levin

In South Dakota, three federal district judges look like they’re playing politics.
AP reports, in part: “U.S. District Judge Charles Kornmann, 69, put off his retirement after two fellow Democratic judges agreed to share his workload, a move that could allow someone from their party to get Kornmann’s job if a Democrat is elected president in 2008.”

Here’s more.

Now, I am sure Patrick Leahy and Chuck Schumer will want to hold hearings on this. And I am sure that Arlen Spector will be demanding hearings as well.

The only way to retire for some big libs is feet first! Edward Kennedy is 79 , Robert Byrd is 87, the Supreme Court Justice Brennan is 86! Old men clinging to power, striving for a last hurrah!

Justice John Paul Stevens is the old one that I meant to say!

The democrats have a solution for everything where getting power is concerned regardless of what laws are broken. Look how they were able to switch candidates after election time limits were up. Mostly because the candidate was indicted on some crime and would undoubtedly lose. Torecelli or someone in New Jersey was switched out for someone else and then the democrat was able to win? This business in South Dakota wouldn’t surprise me – they know how to manipulate and skirt rules, regulations and laws.

They know how to do it so well that they cannot resist the temptation to project these motivations onto Conservatives. Conservatives are bad at fighting with Libs because the Libs are always accusing Conservatives of things that they do themselves. And the Conservatives try to not get “drawn in” into a battle against charges that they know are baseless. Fatal mistake! We have lost Scooter Libbey, Donald Rumsfeld, Tom DeLay, George Allen, Trent Lott and countless others (I am sure!) because we Conservatives do not want to get into the center of the ring and duke it out! And I am sick to death of it!
