Pres Bush and his entire Administration along with the Republican Party…NEED TO GROW A PAIR! Point blank and clear!

Indeed, Pres Bush’s Administration has become the Bush AdminiCASTRATION.

    Very sad, and very dangerous!

WHEN IN FLAMING, BLOODY HELL ARE GOING TO STAND UP FOR THEMSELVES! WHEN ARE THEY GOING TO CHALLENGE NANCY, HILLARY, “CRYPT KEEPER” WAXMAN, ETC???

    WHEN, WHEN, WHEN?

  2. RachelW says:

Ed Meese hit it on the head, “outraged at the political points” being made. It is an undermining of the separation of powers, but since when does Congress give a rat’s ‘you know what’ about that unless it affects them. This is incredulous!
FD, I feel your anger and outrage. Unfortunately, I also believe you and I and those great folks here are screaming into an echo chamber and that is what is making me furious. How dare Congress? More to the point, more to your point..where has our President gone? Someone, please help me understand where W has gone..

It’s like how al-queda used and uses our laws and open society as weapons against us. We’re a people with laws and morals. They are not. The democrats are only interested in getting power at any cost. They don’t care who they accuse, libel, hurt in the process (look at Scooter Libby) – they want to win at any cost. No wonder they’re also trying to pad the judicial system. Maybe this administration is trying to be too polite, gentlemanly, appeasing? Playing by the rules isn’t going to cut it with this bunch. Just like with al-queda, it won’t work against democrats. It’s amazing that a lot of the same democrat faces are still around from when Mr. Meese was in government. These cling-ons are still around and we can’t get rid of them? It’s frustrating to see how the democrats love to spend our tax dollars for their political witch hunts, but the one consolation is that it’s keeping them from trying to attack any substantial and worthwhile legislation that will do us damage.

  4. ScottT says:

I was listening to Rush this morning & heard two significant pieces of news—-one good, and one VERY disappointing.

The good news was that apparently the president is going to show some “stones” and punch back on this fraudulent Gonzalez flap. I hope this is the case & he sticks to his guns. To do otherwise would be damaging in so many ways. IMO, he would be voluntarily jumping into a pihrana tank if he rolls over for Chuckey Schumer & Co.

The BAD news??? During a newsbreak, it was reported that the latest Republican to now call for Alberto Gonzalez’s resignation is none other than Mr. self-proclaimed “tough guy”, Tom Tancredo.

Look, I’ve respected Mr. Tancredo’s position on illegal immigration (quite frankly, I’ve wondered where he & others in congress with the same position were 8, 10, 15 & 20 years ago; had they—and WE—spoke up about it THEN, it may not be so bad NOW).

But I digress. Tancredo’s calling for Gonzalez’s job is nothing short of dispicable. While I’ve always agreed in theory with his position on immigration, he’s never struck me as “principled” on the issue, such as people like J.D. Heyworth, Rick Santorum & George Allen. I’ve always gotten the feeling that he’s just been trying to make a name for himself by publicly sticking a thumb in the administration’s eye on ONE issue while never really lending any support for the war effort or other issues (and, gee, guess which party THAT kind of “single issue” agenda gives support to??? DEMOCRATS. As long as it’s a Republican who’s “anti-Bush”—REGARDLESS of the issue—he’s welcome to their camp).

No, I believe with Tancredo, it may NEVER really have been about principle…….but rather, more about Tancredo promoting TANCREDO.

There is absolutely NO excuse for this. By siding with Schumer, Waxman, Feinstein & the rest of the left trying to destroy Gonzalez, Tancredo has lost any credibility he had left with me.

The Republican party NEEDS more guys like Heyworth & Santorum & Tom DeLay to join the likes of Mitch McConnell. They DON’T need “Buchananites” like Tancredo!

    Just my opinion.

In other words, I think he’s gone out of his way to be a “maverick”

  5. karen says:

I agree, I cannot for the life of me understand this lack of balls by the repubs. When will Bush ever learn you can’t make nice with these idiots? God, it gets so frustrating! And of course the MSM is the willing accomplice.

  6. DP-n-Cali says:

I was very disappointed to hear Tancredo call for Gonzalez’s resignation. I supported him because of his tough stance on immigration but since i heard of this latest garbage about gonzalez, i have to wonder if the above comment by Scott is correct. Tancredo has now just become the latest in an ever growing line of weak, heartless and pitiful rePUBICans. What a joke!! I cant believe these fools just keep coming out of the wood work as fast as they can to bow at the feet of these stalinists. Get off your knees you cowards!! Stand up and speak!! You either are a conservative and you stand up for conservative principles or you are a liberal, or even worse, a liberal appeaser!!

I say if these rePUBICans are just going to be a mat at the feet of the stalinist left, then THEY SHOULD RESIGN!! Thats right…i said it…THEY SHOULD RESIGN!! What good does it do us American conservatives to elect these rePUBICans if they won’t even stand up for the REPUBLICAN president?! I’ve had it!

I’m sorry about the rant but I had to get it off my chest. I wish all my conservative brothers and sisters all the best.

    DP-n-Cali

  7. karen says:

I just keep hoping that Bush will at some point just come out fighting and tell these people to STFU.

I am have been reading up a little on Duncan Hunter. He seems like a good man, but no name recognition, though it’s still early.

  8. karen says:

That should have said I have been reading….PIMF.:)

  9. StevetheConservative says:

    Re: ScottT

If you want to hear a worse thing about Tom Tancredo, you should know that Tom Tancredo was invited as a guest on Weiner Nation to comment on the border agent controversy.

  10. StevetheConservative says:

I honestly wish the republicans to fight back against the libs. In fact, I wish President Bush would bring up Janet Reno’s firing of 93 attorneys that drew no reaction from the libs.

  11. karen says:

Bush looked pissed today at the press conference. I’m interested to see how this plays out.

  12. ScottT says:

    SteveTheConservative:

In light of THIS stunt that “Tan-Crud-o” has pulled out of his ass, going on “Weiner Nation” to take a shot at the Bush administration doesn’t surprise me at all. Weiner’s a subversive……..and whether it’s using either Schumer or Tancredo, the ends justifies the means.

‘Cuz of course, we all KNOW how “concerned” Weiner REEEALLY is about those border agents & about our troops. Hell, he was PROBABLY showing all that “concern” for our troops & the cops back in the 60′s & 70′s by throwing rocks at them while smoking a blunt & screaming “Hell NO, We Won’t Go!”.

    Screw BOTH of these guys!

  13. Demofan says:

Tancredo has been a CHAMPION on the illegal immigration issues. Although it doesn’t sit well with Bush supporters like me to not support the resignation of Alberto Gonzalez…the fact that this administration hasn’t given proper support including pardon to the border control agents Ramos & Campean is truly a disgrace. If Gonzalez had included firing prosecutor Johnny Sutton amongst the 8 attorneys…maybe Tancredo wouldn’t support going after Gonzalez. Also, didn’t he elect Patrick Fitzgerald?? I state my case. http://www.judicialwatch.org/6214.shtml

  14. ScottT says:

    Demofan’

Your argument, at this point in time, is utterly erroneous, IMO. That case against the border agents just concluded. Do I like the fact they were convicted? NO. I doubt ANYBODY here does. But for you to already conclude that the administration is a “disgrace” for not already issuing a pardon is ridiculous.

And if THAT’S the reason that Tancredo is calling for Gonzalez’s scalp…….then he’s being even MORE disingenuous, because he’s making his case on a “grudge”, and NOT on what is REALLY the central issue: CONSTITUTIONAL AUTHORITY OF THE PRESIDENT.

SCREW Tancredo for doing this. If THAT’S why he’s doing it, then he’s just a HACK!

P.S.: Per the above, Patrick Fitzgerald (repugnant as he was in going after Libby for no reason) has NOTHING to do with this, either.

  15. DrWhoFan65 says:

I’m with you, ScottT. In fact, while I don’t intend insult to Demofan, I wasn’t quite sure what she was trying to say. Who ‘elected’ Fitzgerald? (Elected??) Does that refer to Gonzalez, Tancredo, or Sutton? Well, I happen to know that it was my former senator [PETER Fitzgerald (no relation), who was succeeded by that eminent skinny pinko with big ears Osama Obama] who recommended Patrick Fitzgerald as special prosecutor.

As for Tancredo, he’s just shot any chance he might’ve had as a dark horse in ’08-regardless of his stance on illegals. If in fact his reason was the border patrol guys, he’s no better than anyone who castigates the President out of hand because they don’t like him on certain issues; in some instances he’s the best friend the Stalinist left has ever had, but even in those cases where we disagree with him, it’s PRINCIPLES behind them, not politics. Tancredo should have the brains to realize that Gonzalez is intended by the Stalinists and their media proxies to be collateral damage in their war against the President and their campaign to weaken him further by chip-chip-chipping away. Therefore, he’s either an idiot or he’s playing the McLame game-saying something to make the media love him in an attempt at self promotion.

    President Tancredo? NO FRIGGIN WAY!

  16. Demofan says:

Scott…I agree that the issue today is CONSTITUTIONAL AUTHORITY OF THE PRESIDENT. You are absolutely correct. I respect your comments.

However….it sounds like people are so ready to right off the messenger (Tancredo) instead of listening to the message (illegal immigration).

Tancredo’s goal is not the Presidency. He said so today. Tancredo’s goal is to shine light on this serious issue that affects all “GREAT AMERICANS & OUR BORDERS.

One of my favorite sayings is: “YOU SEE WHAT YOU FOCUS ON”. Well, being a resident of L.A. & having lost my job of 20 years to illegals, seeing the graffitti on the walls in my alley every morning, losing 10 ER’s in 3 years in my area makes it an issue I focus on daily.

Also…it IS a disgrace to not pardon the 12 year sentences of 2 “GREAT AMERICANS” who were doing their job and instead give immunity to a drug trafficking illegal criminal who just sued our Country for an obscene amount of money.

I worked for Customs & Immigrations @ the airport when I worked for the airlines. I lived in Mexico City for 6 years. I have been living this invasion for most of my life.

Coming from a very patriotic Mexican/ Lebanese American family, I can tell you that illegal immigration is a very sensitive & important issue that nobody brought to the forefront until Tancredo.

  17. Demofan says:

I am going to continue listening to “The Great One” before I make any choices on candidates. In the interim….on the crucial issues on illegal immigration….Tancredo’s got it right!! I can only hope that Fred Thompson has the same views on this topic. SWEET!! http://www.teamtancredo.com/news.php

  18. DrWhoFan65 says:

Demofan, I want to reiterate that I mean no insult or disrespect toward you; you’re a joy to chat with, and I believe I better understand your central point. I feel, however, that you’re failing to see the whole picture. Yes, Tancredo’s right on the border issue (I don’t call it ‘illegal immigration’, you’ll notice, because I consider it an oxymoron) and that’s commendable. To contend that he wants Gonzalez’s head because of the matter of the two border guards being railroaded (which I AGREE they were) is apples-and-oranges. For one thing, the disposition of that case was in January of this year, while the process of replacing the eight US Attorneys was still in the works. Now I don’t know, but the media obviously wasn’t reporting on that case at the time-who knew the first thing about it until after the verdict was in? Maybe the AG was aware all along, maybe not. Even if he was, should he have been singled out by Tancredo as some sort of mascot or scapegoat for his cause? Could Tancredo not find a better way of broadcasting his message than to give the DNC and their propaganda wing (a/k/a the MSM, a/k/a THE ENEMY) just the red meat they wanted as a means to get at the President? It appears to me that he’s either kissing up to the MSM or he’s been DUPED by them, and in either case he’s blown his credibility with conservatives-or at least some of us.

As for the border guards (as well as Libby, who I personally feel almost DESERVED what happened to him for talking to PINKO REPORTERS IN THE FIRST PLACE! DUH, DUMBA$$!), as wrong as their convictions may have been, it would be better to let the appeals process play out than for the President to pardon them at this point. It would be better for them to shoot for acquittal on appeal than to be forever tainted by a conviction for which they’re pardoned, and if nothing else the President can pardon them on his way out the door.

  19. Demofan says:

DrWho….thank you for your patience. I have been ousted from my friends online dialogues since I have become educated by Dr. Levin. I am starting to wonder if I even belong here on this forum since I am not a Conservative. I don’t waste my time on DEM blogs….and I’m getting some heat here so maybe I’ll be homeless for a while.

Anyway….it happened again today my friend. Deputy Sherriff Guillermo Hernandez got sentenced today for 1 year one day in a State penitentiary for shooting the tires of a van carrying illegals. Here’s the story. http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/1803316/posts

Coincidentally…today is the first anniversary of border agent Gary Brugman’s release from jail…another Sutton victim http://www.americanfreedomriders.com/GarysStory.html

How many more of our men in uniform get to be jailed until we get the attention of Conservative leaders??

  20. ScottT says:

Actually, Demofan, Fred Thompson is NOT going in the EXACT same direction about how to best handle the border problem that some Republicans are. I heard Tom Delay indicate this during that interview with Rush, as he was discussing Republican candidates. Thompson’s a great conservative mind that I’d have NO problem pulling the lever for……and apparently he thinks the guest worker program is needed in conjunction with more border security. Mitch McConnell is of the same view.

As for this “disgrace” you keep talking about…….you can’t micro-manage every judicial injustice like flipping a switch. I hope these guys eventually get pardoned. But if the president pardons them RIGHT NOW, you KNOW what will happen: it will create another huge firestorm that needs to be stamped out, and the libs will have a feeding frenzy again. Scandal, scandal, scandal.

TANCREDO IS NOT HELPING MATTERS. PERIOD. This is seperate issue from the attorney flap, and all he’s doing is A.) promoting himself, and B.) throwing sand in the administration’s face over unrelated issues. INEXCUSABLE.

  21. ScottT says:

P.S.: And while his big issue is illegal immigration, the fact is that Tancredo SUCKS on the war effort. Mark even made that point last night.

    At best, he’s a “Buchananite”….and that’s NOT good.

  22. Demofan says:

ScottT: Your post depressed me. The guest worker program seems to work well in Canada but it’s not gonna work here because of the mentality of the anarchists/communists/socialists who proclaim “RECONQUISTA”. I know because I lived in Mexico City and I saw it…heard it….lived it. It’s very REAL!! I recognize the red & black flags and the chanting. I thought I’d seen the end of that when I left in ’71, instead, I am reliving the nightmare all over again today.

I heard Dr. Levin comment with hesitation when he mentioned Tancredo but I didn’t hear him elaborate. After our previous posts regarding Tancredo I went into his website and read his opinions on the war on Iraq. I don’t like that he agrees to giving November as a date to start pulling out. I am nervous about letting the terrorists set their clocks to a specific date to further plan their evil schemes. All the Middle Eastern experts who read their websites confirm it.

I am not a Military strategist so I cannot say what will or will not work. I leave that to our Generals and our boots on the ground to determine that.

I am active on numerous blogs such as http://www.grassfire.org & http://www.alipac.org who’s focus is primarily on illegal immigration issues. Tancredo is the only person who is right on with this topic. Personally…I would like to see him in charge of some commitee regarding this issue exclusively. We just need a President who will take this as seriously as the American people do.

  23. Demofan says:

OH NO!!! I just received this post!! I need a drink.
    http://www.alipac.us/modules.php?name=News&file=article&sid=2034

  24. ScottT says:

Sometimes news is “depressing”, Demofan. Illegal immigration is a tough issue, and the government’s 40 years of kicking the can down the road has led to the present problem.

That aside, Tancredo’s stance on the war is asinine (not to mention downright DANGEROUS). The guy claims he wants to fix our borders pronto……..and at the same time he’s willing to throw in with John Conyers & Nancy Pelosi and allow Al Qaeda to take over Iraq, gain in strength and come after us OVER HERE???

Oh, that’s just f***ing BRILLIANT!! No WONDER “Weiner Nation” likes him.

  25. Demofan says:

Scott…I’m watching the news right now and Bill Gates is in Mexico encouraging more Mexicans to cross over for jobs. He’s calling it “Freedom of Migration”.

    We’re toast.

  26. DrWhoFan65 says:

Um…and Bill Gates became President on…fill in the blanks, please: ??-??-???? With all respect, it’s obvious to me that you’re not a conservative, although you don’t come across as a moonbat, either, and yet you seem to be peddling the same doom-and-gloom oh-woe-is-us forebodings that the dhimmicrats do. I’m sorry to say so, and even more sorry to see it. Conservatism is optimism, no matter how bleak things may seem; maybe you should come over to our side. At this point one could be forgiven for suspecting that you’re trying to demoralize us conservatives. In any case, nobody’s trying to push you out of this discussion-that is for MLF to determine-but only to further it.

  27. ScottT says:

    Ditto post #26.

  28. Demofan says:

Well…I guess like they say…it’s lonely being in the middle. My DEM family & friends don’t want to hear my “OPTIMISM”" especially since I voted for Bush & my Governor Arnold. Iim in an awkward position.

I hope Conservatives keep the immigration issue on the frontline because it affects every social & security aspect of our lives.

I’m just gonna retrieve a bit from expressing myself for now and keep my thoughts to myself and continue to listen the the Great One!!

    Thanks You.

  29. StevetheConservative says:

Dr.WhoFan, you have really hit the nail on the head about the definition of conservatism. Conservatism is optimism. We must be optimistic about the future, and not pessimistic, since there is still hope to save this country from the left. To show the optimism we have, take a look at the number of patriots vs. the number of moonbats at the Gathering of Eagles counter protest. The patriots outnumbered the moonbats there so the antiwar leftist movement is still self-destructing from their own hate for this country. This is something the conservative hypocrite, Weiner Nation, does not want to admit to his fooled audience since all Weiner wants to do is keep the doom and gloom alive so he could just get in the White House.

People like Rush, Sean, and Mark are optimistic about this country. Weiner, and his idiotic pseudo conservative fans, are pessimists.

To sum it up like this:

Conservatives (such as Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, and Mark Levin) are optimists.

Pseudo Conservatives (such as Weiner Nation) are pessimists.

  30. ScottT says:

    CORRECTION, SteveTheConservative:

“Weiner Nation” is a DOUSCH BAG!

  31. DubInDallas says:

Weiner IS a pessimistic douche-bag! Conservatism IS optimism! Liberalism IS all gloom and doom! Well said! Thanks!
