Despite all the blackouts in the pdf report it is apparent that Berger did not want the 911 Commission to see certain documents. We really do not know all of what he took since several visits passed before he was actually caught.

Under the circumstances the validity of that Commission’s findings will remain in doubt and these findings cannot now be certified to be complete and accurate. For Berger and the Clintons it appears that the credibility damage price tag was a bargain compared to what the alternative would have wrought. Historical accuracy is now inaccurate speculation. If conspiracy theories erupt (and they will), can there be any doubt as to who should be blamed?
