Mark Levin is starting to get noticed by the media

Hat tip to Long Island Pete for pointing out this article in the NY Daily News.

UPDATE: Listen to Pete himself! ====>

For Levin, politics is the name of the game

Mark Levin, who listened to talk radio for 30 years before he became one of the medium’s most successful hosts over the last three, says people who dismiss “political talk” as narrow and repetitive don’t understand either politics or talk radio.

“To me,” says Levin, whose nationally syndicated show is heard daily on WABC (770 AM), 6-8 p.m., “politics is about the community. Politics affects everything. So a good ‘political’ show touches on everything we do.”

So Levin hardly thinks “political talk radio” is apt to fade, and his own success tends to support that argument.

It is strange how you hear of other peoples sucess, people you really dont know or arent close to, and you dont give it a second thought. Although I read this today about Mark, I call him a friend but its not like we have broke bread together, and yet I cant help but feel proud of someone who I respect, admire and most of all trust.

He’s a combination of Groucho Marx, a pickpocket, and the town sheriff. When liberals come up against him, as Mr. T would say, “I pity the poor fools”. They usually never know what hit them.

  3. Long Island Pete says:

A pickpocket? Explain how that could be a good thing.

  4. nanaof8 says:

LIP, I agree with your assertions about Mark. I could not have said is better. I am also proud of Mark, and respect, admire and trust him.

Mark has integrity and Rush’s use of the word character also comes to mind.

Pete,: A pickpocket in the sense that he can extract information and motives from the libs before they realize it. He does not have to “beat” it out of them. It is fun to “watch”.

  6. debbie says:

It’s amazing how Mark can capture an audience. He is just so brilliant. You can’t somewhat feel, that he can truly be your friend.

By the way handyman, I like your pickpocket analogy! LOL

  7. debbie says:

Thank you Pete, for this great find!

    Great anaology Handyman

He does it with honesty, inteligence, and an iron hard grasp of the facts. He also educates without making us feel dumb or small; unless of course, you’re a lib.

I don’t know how I lived before I found Mark and this website. I dwelt in a twilight of lonesome meditations near to madness. But then The Great One gave voice to my frustrations, and now I have a supremely dedicated Mastermind Alliance to share the experience with me. God bless us one and all!
