This is just unbelievable! I hope that the Al Qaeda 5 invite their friends for lunch some day.
SCOTUS previously gave the enemy access to our federal courts. RINOs in the Senate then said giving US Constitutional rights to those seeking to destroy America was a good idea. Now SCOTUS took liberties not granted to it by the Constitution by saying they decide upon legal matters in war. They sited the Geneva Convention to do so even though unlawful combatants are not protected by them. This decision was 5 Supreme Courts justices acting un-Constitutionally.

What’s next? All terrorists get free air fare and an ez-pass through airport security? So much for “Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of happiness!” I feel that the SCOTUS has just violated my rights!
Mark has it right. Unelected judges and unelected media are undermining us, including impeding intelligence gathering.
This is why Mark wrote his book. SCOTUS decisions affect every avenue of our lives.
Let’s hope that the GOP is still in the majority after the 2006 elections, so we don’t lose the judiciary committee.
There are some conservatives that won’t vote for some GOP senators, because they want to “get even,” because they are not “perfect.”

How soon before the 5 out of touch, liberally blinded, terrorist pandering, black robe wearing, gavel slamming, America hating imbeciles turn in their robes and pick up a fire arm and defend this great country of ours instead of tearing it down? This is so upsetting my eyes are bleeding. It has all come down to hating this administration and doing everything to undermine it. Connect dots, find out who wants to kill us, get them into custody and when all is said and done give them a spanking and send them to bed without any dinner.
They, along with the MSM and the Leftists in the senate, are commiting national suicide. The next act of terrorism on our soil, which this decision guarantees will happen, will bring us to the realization that we can’t all just get along. Not with the islamo-facists, and not with the paleo-commie-leftist scum in our own country. This is a mandate for us all to get out there and make sure we boot the Rinos and the Stalinst Commiecrats out of office, our very survival depends on it.
Every time that I think The Court has issued its most eggregious decision yet, they go ahead and surprise me. I guess the President’s Commander in Chief authority now joins free speech, eminent domain, and a host of others on the growing trash heap out behind that venerable building. I wonder what is next on the chopping block? Sadly, I’m quite sure it won’t be any limitations on Article III.
We may as well have the ACLU running the Supreme Court. Another sad day for America. We need more people like Mark Levin bringing things like this to the American public. More and more with every passing day, I thank God for “right wing” talk radio, Fox News, and all of the dedicated conservative columnists, authors and pundits who are out there day and night, fighting the good fight.
Without all that, and without excellent blogs such as this one to vent on, life would undoubtedly be a lot more difficult. We have a great support system to help us through all of these liberal attacks on our American way of life, and God willing, we will beat the defeatists and those who would undermine our Constitution and our rule of law.
Never before in history have we fought a cold civil war while we are fighting a hot foreign one.
Kennedy was appointed by whom? Was it Reggie or the Bush dad? All I know is when GW became pres he said he would put the best judges to do the job we want them to do. Regan was not that hot of a pres to appoint such libs as Oconnor , we can change this whole thing around. Respect the pres , work to keep the majority. Do what I do, carry registrations in your purse or carry them in your car. This is not over by a long shot, we can change this decision if we can reopen this case with the right judges. This has been done before, this is not over, it has just begun.Don’t loose heart , just keep on going! REMEMBER LET’s ROLL! When that was said those people saved the CAPITOL , Let’s roll and continue to save this country, this time from an over liberal supreme court.

Kennedy was appointed by Ronald Reagan, (I have no idea who Reggie is. Reggie Jackson, Reggie White, Reggie Miller?) I do know that Souter and Stevens were appointed by Republican Presidents and they were suppose to be Republican Judges, so it is clear to me that some house cleaning needs to be done. Thank me.
