Activist judges at it again.
This is why we absolutely CANNOT lose the majority in the Senate. If that happens the libDems will have control of the judiciary committee, and not allow Bush’s conservative nominees to come to the floor for an up or down vote.
I hear some conservatives saying that they won’t vote for a GOP senator, because they aren’t conservative enough. I say to them, vote for conservatives in the primaries, and then vote for the GOP U.S. Senator in the general election, whoever it is. We just can’t lose the Senate. Getting good judges is paramount. It effects EVERYTHING. (rant over)
So say our troops capture OBL alive (unfortunately). Does the Supreme Court mean to say the “spiritual leader†of al-Qaeda, the man who has waged unlawful and aggressive war and instigated 9/11 and at least six major attacks upon our nation overseas, gets his day in open federal court? His lawyers get access to the secret operations that tracked him down, gathered intelligence on how he operated, and to interview the informants who have given us information about him and al Qaeda? Do any of the sane among us think that is a good idea? Remember Moussaoui?
And don’t forget to bring an arrest warrant and KNOCK before entering his cave!
Yes. We ought to serve him first. Knock on his cave opening (with some laser-guided munitions) and afterwards report that cardiac arrest was OBL’s cause of death.
We don’t need to worry about what he will learn at trial the NYSlimes is sure to give him all the intel he needs long before that day
And before we haul them into Judge Judy’s court, we must read them their Mohamad Rights.
You have the right to blow up our buildings.

You have the right to an ACLU slip and fall lawyer.
