    How does Weiner get away with saying that he has beaten Mark Levin in the ratings? Does he say that he had more listeners nationwide (which might be true due to the fact that Savage is on more stations?)
    Does he say that the difference is in ratings is within the “margin of error”- and thus open to the subjective emotions of the reader of the ratings to determine “who REALLY won?”

    Or does he just go in for the bare-faced lie?
