Late Saturday evening, as a result of the news of the passing of Chief Justice William Rehnquist, Mark spoke on the phone with Sean Hannity on a special issue of Hannity & Colmes on the Fox News Channel.
Before Mark came on, however, Alan Colmes first spoke with Liberal hack, Alan Dershowitz, who disgracefully attacked Justice Rehnquist. Here’s the audio of Alan Dershowitz.
Now, here’s Mark with his reply.
Chief Justice Rehnquist was a great man and an outstanding patriot. He will be sorely missed!
A big thanks to Johnny Dollar for sending me this audio!
Also, to read the transcript of Dershowitz’s attack on Rehnquist along with Mark’s response, go to Johnny Dollar’s Place!
The Dershowitz transcript can also be found on Opinion Journal, as well, but there’s no mention of Mark’s response.

Mark did a great job defending Chief Justice Rehnquist and his fidelity to the Constitution. I can’t believe what that liberal democrat hack Alan Dershowitz said about this great man on the news of his death. William Rehnquist served this country admirably.
We can only hope that there are enough politicians on our side of the aisle that have enough spine to confirm suitable replacements for Justices O’Connor and Rehnquist.
God help us!
Alan Dershowitz was on the BBC Radio 5 Live on December 12, 2000, the evening it was determined Bush won the presidency. Dershowitz until then was unsure what the ruling meant, even whether it was victory for Bush. Dershowitz came on and said the election is over. THEN he said that the Supreme Court had just lost all credibility and legitimacy in America. That the last decision that was this bad – Dred Scott – needed a revolution to be fought to undo it. He said the American people would never accept the decision and the Court would lose all respect from the American people.
Then he attacked the five justices one by one, saying Rehnquist was a former operative who used to push black voters around at the polls in the 1960s.”
Alan Dershowitz is a pathetic little man who probably still holds a grudge against little Johnny in the second grade from taking one of his crayons. Who wouldn’t pay to see an thirty minute debate between Mark and jerk professor from Harvard.
What planet does Dershbag live on? I see he didn’t stick around long enough to get minced by our leader, that would have been a priceless rout.
